The Game Plan

The plan is very simple:
  • I organized and color coordinated my workouts so that it would be easier to follow.
  • I plan on packing, portioning and preparing my meals ahead of time.
  • Starvation is not the answer, you have to raise your metabolism, cut out fat, sugars and trigger foods to really get result.
  • There is no magic pill or procedure to get the perfect body.
  • It takes hard work and determination.
  • I don't need an expensive gym membership or useless equipment catching dust in the corner. 
  • I want to look in the mirror and like what I see looking back at me.
  • I am motivated and ready to get this party started!!!
