I worked out today!!! I wasn't going to but I worked out on Friday, took the weekend off and actually worked out today. I feel amazing. I had a healthy lunch and dinner and I feel real proud of myself. I want to shed the weight and feel confident about my appearance again. I have covered up dealing with stress by eating and this is crunch time. Summer is right around the corner and so is the big 3-0. Now, don't get me wrong, I have a ways to go and that's why I have given myself enough time to ease into a program gradually so that by this fall I can be on a comfortable level/phase where I can maintain the weight I will have lost.
